Rip Trainer Course with Pj O'Claire

There aren't many Rip Trainer courses offered, I teamed up with my TRX pal Kirsten from Chicago, we connected in NYC for a rip trainer course at Nimble Fitness. I learned a lot of valuable information that I am ready to apply to my current classes and clients.
