Select and adapt self-care practices for your unique needs. In a world where we are swimming in posts about #selfcare, discernment is key. How can you decide what aspects of your Self truly need your care? In this interactive session we will introduce the yogic concept of the Koshas (the five layers of our being) as a tool for self-assessment and fine tuning our practices. We will explore our sense of balance at the level of each kosha using gentle yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, conversation and journaling. By refining our approach to self-care we enhance our most subtle Kosha, the bliss body - our sense of innate joy and connection.

As you may know, I am a proud board member of Playworks Michigan, which is the leading national nonprofit leveraging the power of play to transform children’s social and emotional health. We create a place for every kid on the playground to feel included, be active, and build valuable skills. This school year alone, we will reach nearly 17,000 children! However, in order to provide our vital programming we rely on the support and generosity from our community. With that in mind, I would like to invite you to join us for a gathering on April 26th to learn more about our work and the important role we play in the lives of children. Complete details about the event and a link to register are included on the attached invitation.
I hope to see you there! Thanks!
